To stay at the cutting edge of innovation in CNC milling and turning, we have invested in the latest CNC lathes. Our machine park includes automatic lathes with up to 11 axes, as well as 5-axis vertical machining centers with up to 40 different tool heads. This enables us to manufacture highly complex parts and extremely small bores.
We master a wide range of materials, from extremely hard or tough metals (such as stainless steels, chrome-cobalt alloys and nickel alloys) to soft and elastic plastics. The material is selected according to product requirements. We can also work with noble materials (such as iridium-based alloys) or highly combustible materials (such as titanium). All our machines are fitted with the appropriate safety equipment. As the choice of materials has a decisive effect on the success of a product, we also offer advice and material testing on request.
Our know-how and state-of-the-art machinery enable us to respond flexibly to our customers’ needs. As a result, we are able to offer small, medium and large production runs, while maintaining consistency in the manufacturing process.

Our park of machines includes automatic lathes with up to 11 axes as well as 5-axis vertical machining centres with up 40 different tool heads. This enables high-precision manufacturing of highly complex workpieces and extremely small bores.
Our machines can machine bars up to 65 mm in diameter for a maximum section length of 300 cm. The raw material in the slugs can be processed in sizes up to 250 x 250 x 250 mm.
